As a recognized leader and innovator in protective packaging, Sealed Air can provide designs and practical solutions for the most demanding protective packaging challenges through our extensive worldwide network of Packaging Design and Development Centers. This network includes eleven packaging design, development and testing laboratories located in Sealed Air facilities throughout North America. These are fully staffed with highly qualified and experienced packaging professionals.

Whether a packaging solution might require Instapak® Foam-in-Place foams, CelluPlank®, Cellu-Cushion® or Stratocell® Polyolefin / Polyethylene plank foams, Korrvu® Suspension or Retention packaging designs, Bubble Wrap® air cellular cushioning or Cryovac® industrial shrink films, Sealed Air will develop a design specifically for your product requirements and test its ability to meet your critical protection and shipping specifications. We will provide you with technical documentation, including performance data, specifications and more, all submitted in a detailed report - all at no cost. Currently, nine of the eleven locations below (marked *) are ISTA (International Safe Transit Association) Certified. This certification provides added assurance by this internationally respected industry association that your packages are developed and tested using widely accepted testing and evaluation standards. Three of the labs below specialize in single types of package design. The remaining eight facilities are prepared to provide package design and development assistance for all of our interior protective packaging products and systems.
